With stainless steel bolts, plugs to cap tops and covered in foam rubber.  As you can see, these racks come in a pair.  They will hold one Kayak but you can put two of these on one cart.  Attachments fits any of our caddies or the wheeleze(tm) insert. Also allows an extra standup paddleboard to be carried (4 standups on our beach caddie!!)
